Whilst heading up the Search Marketing team at a Digital Marketing Agency based in Manchester, Dan had overall responsibility for running the digital marketing campaign for the PlayStation Gear e-commerce website. The site was launched in May 2017 and launched into the UK, France and Germany initially so considerations to translations and Hreflang implementation had to be taken into account when launching.
Alongside the actual launch of the website, Dan oversaw the launch of campaigns for PlayStation Gear Days Of Play sale, PlayStation Gear Black Friday Sale, PlayStation Gear Christmas Sale and PlayStation Gear Valentines Day Campaign.
As the digital marketing campaign progressed the website was rolled out into further territories of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg which meant widening the multi-lingual aspects of the campaign across SEO and PPC to ensure visibility in these additional countries.
